Cancellation Policy

The guest must communicate any cancellation to the accommodation in writing in all cases.

50% of the total amount for the reserved accommodation and services must be transferred based on the exact information and bank details found in the confirmation email received from the accommodation.

In the event that the cancellation occurs 1 day before arrival or earlier, 50% of the total accommodation fee is considered as a cancellation fee.

If the guest does not arrive, or if the cancellation is made on the day of arrival, 100% of the total accommodation fee is considered as a cancellation fee.

If the guest arrives later than the confirmed date of stay or leaves earlier than the confirmed departure date, they are obliged to pay the full accommodation fee for the entire booked period, i.e., the total rental fee and the fees for the ordered services in full.
