Guests must notify the accommodation of any cancellation in writing in all cases.
50% of the total amount for the booked accommodation and services must be transferred based on the precise information and bank details provided in the confirmation email received from the accommodation.
In the event that a cancellation occurs on or within the 42nd day prior to arrival, 50% of the total accommodation fee shall be charged as a cancellation fee.
In the case of our Villa 55 & Pool accommodation, if the cancellation occurs on or within the 60th day prior to arrival, 50% of the total accommodation fee shall be charged as a cancellation fee.
If the guest fails to arrive or the cancellation occurs on the day of arrival, 100% of the total accommodation fee shall be charged as a cancellation fee. We will contact you in a separate email regarding the settlement of this fee, including bank details and the payment deadline.
Should the guest arrive on a later date or depart on an earlier date within the confirmed stay period, they are obliged to pay the accommodation fee for the entire booked period, meaning the full rental fee and the fees for the booked services must be paid in full.
